Rainstore3 is a world patented, multi-award winning stormwater management system, providing efficient and cost effective water storage on any scale.
94% void support matrix comprising of 1m2 x 100mm high modules purpose designed and manufactured entirely from high-grade recycled polypropylene. Light weight modules interlock vertically creating m2 footprint cells which are stacked to design height side by side to plan, each with a load bearing capacity able to carry any road legal vehicle.
Assembled cells are enveloped in a sealed, heavy-duty polypropylene liner and buried. Inlet/outlet, filtration/pumps/access shafts are easily incorporated.
As little as 300mm of compacted structural top backfill is then covered with a surface of choice – concrete or bitumen driveways, truck parking, playing fields or even under the garage slab! The system is immediately trafficable.
Slopetame2 is a unique solution to an age-old problem - soil erosion.
Slopetame2 is a permanent three-dimensional stabilization matrix, which provides both initial surface protection, enabling vegetation to firmly establish and be maintained long.
The difficulty with most erosion control products is their inability to keep soils in place until the vegetation's root systems are mature. In this time areas are vulnerable to 'undercutting' by rapid flow storm water. Slopetame2 offers immediate protection. Trees and shrubs can easily be incorporated by removing sections of the matrix.
Unlike conventional products the Slopetame2 structure has a geotextile fabric heat bonded to it in the molding process, eliminating the problem of fabric movement after installation overcoming a common and costly problem.
Strong diagonal grid design distributes loads across steep slopes. Available in positive interlocking meter square panels for extremely fast and easy installation.

Sub-surface stormwater drainage technology has developed significantly in recent years. However a major existing problem is the distortion of filter fabric post installation which results in migration of backfill material into the drainage void. This significantly reduces the effectiveness of the system and is extremely costly to rectify.
Draincore2 provides a cost effective solution to this problem by the unique method of bonding geotextile filter fabrics to the Draincore2elements during the injection molding process. This heat bonding makes Draincore2 extremely durable and ensures the filter fabric integrity many years after installation.
Draincore2 is lightweight, with a very high tolerance to compressive load.
Draincore2 allows for high infiltration and flow volume capacity for both vertical and horizontal applications. This product can be used in conjunction with our stormwater storage products.
Rainstore3 is not pipe or arched chamber, but a structure with strength throughout its shape. The unique design places the plastic entirely in compression rather than bending or tension resulting in H-20 loading, and high void storage volume of 94%! Minimum cover is only 0.3 meter.
The structure can be as shallow as 0.1 meter or as deep as 3.0 meters, length and width in 1m increments. Rainstore3 eliminates site restrictions by conforming to custom project requirements. RS3 does not require any stone backfill between structures. Calculating the void (storage) volume is as simple as dividing storage demand by 94%. This means significant savings in amount of excavation, soil transport, imported stone, installation time, and labour.
Rainstore3 can be utilized for long-term water storage for irrigation, fire protection, and potable applications by encasing the structures in an impervious liner. Porous lining materials around RS3 offer 100% surface area coverage for water infiltration/exfiltration.

Similar to our standard Rainstore3 product, although engineered specifically for multi megalitre systems, Rainstore3 Advantage is designed to achieve major cost savings for very large projects with unlimited volume capacity.
Rainstore3 Advantage is a unique combination of Rainstore3modules and internal vertical columns providing a simple construction designed to maximise excavation to storage ratio, maximise storage volume (98% void) and maximise cost effectiveness.
Depths of up to 2.8m in 100mm increments can be achieved with any footprint in one or half metre increments.
Slopetame2 is a three-dimensional erosion control blanket which covers steep slopes of weak and/or eroding soils by easily unrolling lightweight large rolls downhill.
The 100% recycled plastic rings and grid are moulded onto an open weave fabric which also serves to cover soils and provide a support structure for vegetation.
Trees and shrubs can be easily planted in cutout sections by clipping the grid with pruning shears and then digging holes. Fill the blankets with soil and hydroseed or plant ground covers on the slope for a quick finished appearance that is structurally sound.
Rolls are easily secured at the top of the slope by anchoring reinforcing bar between the rings. Custom roll sizes are available and washers are included to fasten pegs and holes together with adjoining rolls.
Grasspave2 is a structure which provides incredible load bearing strength while protecting vegetation root systems from deadly compaction.
High void spaces within the entire cross-section enable excellent root development, and storage capacity for rainfall from storm events. Storm water is slowed in movement through and across Grasspave2surfaces, which deposits suspended sediment and increases time to discharge from site.
Suspended pollutants and moderate amounts of engine oils are consumed by active soul bacteria, which are aided by the system's excellent oxygen exchange capacity.
Gravelpave2 has been used for high traffic porous parking areas since 1993 -- banks, fast food restaurants, colleges, and residential driveways.
100% recycled plastic rings are molded onto non-woven geotextile filter fabric. The rings become invisible or camouflaged by the decorative gravel which is "contained" for a smooth, well-dressed finish.
Large rolls of Gravelpave2 make installation of trails or parking lots quick and easy.
Gravel base course, depth specified by a soils engineer, is laid underneath to bear vehicle loading, Gravelpave2 is unrolled and fastened together with washers included, then filled with decorative gravel of minus 5mm (3/16") using a front end loader and rakes.
Settling of fill gravel can be done by either compacting with a roller or irrigating with water.
An unusual variation. Because the site is at sea level, a storage system could only be installed above ground but the landscaping designers required the tank be out of sight. The problem was solved by creating an artificial landscaped mound of earth within which was installed a Rainstore3 system to store 341,000 litres.

This 1.7 megalitre system took just eight days to install and is the first of two tanks that now provide a total of 3.5 megalitres of storage for use as irrigation. This size tank is perfect to harvest stormwater from surrounding residential streets, treat and re-use for irrigation.
For the Melbourne City Council, this installation was designed for toilet flushing and market wash down was installed beneath adjacent roadway.
Rainstore3 offered a cost-effective solution to several sensitive issues including stormwater storage . Council was concerned about ongoing maintenance costs and public liability issues of the Sedimentation Pond originally specified by Melbourne Water. Melbourne Water was concerned about run-off into the adjacent very sensitive (environmentally and politically) Merri Creek. By accepting our alternative solution, the developer, Pentridge Village Pty Ltd gained three additional building blocks, plus unencumbered additional recreation area and the marketing benefit of an innovative on-site stormwater treatment system.
Pentridge Village Pty Ltd calculated they achieved a net gain of over $465,000.00!
Plus, Melbourne Water achieved a greatly reduced environmental impact on the Merri Creek (than would have been achieved by the Sed Pond) in terms of suspended solids and nutrient release from the development. This was achieved by combining Rainstore3 with world-class, filtration systems (developed and produced in Melbourne by CDS Technologies Pty Ltd) and then utilising the filtered stored water for irrigation of surrounding parklands.
This installation won a Victorian Stormwater Industry Association innovation award for "Constructed WSUD in an established area".
Three installations are expected to harvest 10 million litres of water annually. Two were installed for storage and one to manage storm surge. This project won an SIAV award.

Mildura Police Station volume 80m3 An innovative drainage system beneath car parking areas to filter stormwater through Gravelpave2 (hard stand porous pavement also manufactured by Invisible Structures Pty Ltd) then channeled into a series of shallow soakage pits. Rainstore3 provided safe load bearing capacity beneath the car parking areas.
